FAQ

Before the start.

Do I need to download an app?

No. PaceBio opens in your browser and you can add a shortcut to your phone's home screen.

Doesn't Instagram already allow 5 links?

It does, but it shows only the first one and hides the rest. With PaceBio, that first link leads to everything: race, PRs, medals and your links.

I already use Linktree. Do I lose my links?

No. In the app, tap Import my links and paste your page's address (Linktree, Sandwiche, Keepo, Beacons, bio.link and others): we bring over your links, codes, thumbnails and socials, and you choose what stays. Links from Instagram itself you paste one per line.

Does it pull my races from Garmin and Strava?

Yes, from the activities file Garmin Connect and Strava let you download (the app shows you how). PaceBio separates races from training runs, finds your PRs and suggests medals, and you check everything before it goes in. Everyday training runs don't show on your page. On the free plan you choose 3 races; with Premium, they all go in.

How does Refer and earn work?

In the app, under Account, you'll find your link (the same one in your page's footer). Anyone who creates a page through it gets 30 days of Premium free. Each friend who subscribes earns you +1 month of Premium on monthly, +2 on yearly and +3 on lifetime, 7 days after they pay. With 3 subscribed friends you get 1 more month, with 10 one more year, and with 30 lifetime Premium. Works for everyone, even on the free plan.

How do I cancel Premium?

Whenever you want, in the app: Account › Cancel renewal. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of purchase, you can ask for a refund.

What about my data?

We don't sell data. In the app you can download everything we store and delete your account whenever you want. See our privacy policy.
