Refund policy

PaceBio is sold by the Brazilian company that operates PaceBio (its legal name, CNPJ registration number and address will be listed here before payments in US dollars open). Payments in US dollars are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds.

14 days, no questions asked

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment: the first charge (or the first charge after a free trial), each monthly or yearly renewal, and the lifetime plan.
You don't need to give a reason.
If you cancel during a free trial, nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you used to pay and request the refund; or
contact us at @pacebio.app on Instagram (Direct message) and we'll ask Paddle to process it.

The money goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

The Premium from that payment ends and your page goes back to the Free format. Nothing you saved is deleted.
If the refunded payment came from a friend you referred, the months it earned you are cancelled.

Cancelling a renewal

To stop future renewals, cancel in the app (Account › Cancel renewal) or at paddle.net. Premium continues until the end of the period you already paid for. After the 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.

Disputes

If something went wrong with a charge, please contact us or Paddle before opening a dispute with your bank: we solve it faster that way. A disputed payment ends the Premium from that payment.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, such as the right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
